When your order ships, you will receive an order shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please note: Some special order items may ship directly from one of our vendors. These items ship according to the vendor’s preferred carrier (FedEx or USPS). Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Twist Boutique ships in-stock items the same business day on orders received by 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday. Orders requiring more than three business days to process will be communicated by email.
First-time orders may be required to ship to the billing address associated with the payment method.
At this time, Twist Boutique ships within the United States only.
SHIPPING TIMELINE GUIDE
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are processed as follows:
• Sunday → Ships Tuesday (Next Business Day)
• Monday → Ships Tuesday
• Tuesday → Ships Wednesday
• Wednesday → Ships Thursday
• Thursday → Ships Friday
• Friday → Ships Monday
• Saturday (before noon ET) → Ships Tuesday
Delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEM AVAILABILITY
Product availability is noted on each product detail page. If your order contains items with different availability timelines, your order will ship based on the selected shipping preference at checkout.
Ship Complete
Items will be consolidated into the fewest shipments possible. Orders ship once all items are available.
Partial Shipment
Available items will ship first, with remaining items shipped as they become available. Additional shipments may incur an added shipping fee.
Free shipping promotions apply to one shipment per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
PO BOXES
A physical shipping address is required for all orders. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Twist Boutique stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original receipt.
Returned merchandise must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In original condition with tags attached
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment when applicable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Purchases made using Twist Boutique store gift cards will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for processing. Twist Boutique reserves the right to issue larger refunds via mailed check when necessary.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Twist Boutique error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
If your order was shipped directly from one of our vendors, returns must be sent back to Twist Boutique. Returns sent directly to vendors will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Twist Boutique is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery if your order arrives damaged so we may assist.
